The view from the top of the fort. A very long climb up narrow circular steps, about half the width of your foot and big step up each time. They were treachours to go back down.

Mark on the free ferry. The ferry holds 6 cars and goes across the river every 1/2 hour.

The aquaduct in Pont du Gard, built in 1 AD. We rode our bikes across it today.

Flamingoes

There were hundreds of flamingos on our ride today. Fun to watch with their long necks and long legs.

Snails and Boeuf Tartar

Mark was the first one to try the snails. These are traditional French food. They were pretty good.

Cooking Class

While we were in Paris we took a cooking class. It was all in French! We made Mushroom Rissoto and Salmon. We got to eat it too.
